US Chess Championship

I have been looking a little at the games of the ongoing U.S. championship tournament. I really don't have time to get a get feel for the whole field, and I honestly can't really follow much of it. Of the parts I can follow, I found a couple of nice positions, ones right where I am working on improving.

White to Move

12.Nxf7! threatens the Black Queen, making the Black King take and netting a pawn.
